THE MISSION OF CALIFORNIA CASA IS TO ENSURE THAT CHILDREN AND YOUTH IN THE CHILD WELFARE AND JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEMS HAVE BOTH A VOICE AND THE SERVICES THEY NEED TO THRIVE.
