CARNEGIE COUNCIL FOR ETHICS IN INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS IS A TRUSTED NON-PARTISAN AND INDEPENDENT NONPROFIT THAT WORKS TO EMPOWER ETHICS AROUND THE WORLD BY IDENTIFYING AND ADDRESSING THE MOST CRITICAL ETHICAL ISSUES OF TODAY AND TOMORROW. FOUNDED BY ANDREW CARNEGIE OVER A CENTURY AGO, CARNEGIE COUNCIL DELIVERS ON THIS MISSION AND SETS THE GLOBAL ETHICAL AGENDA BY: - IDENTIFYING CURRENT AND FUTURE CRITICAL ETHICAL ISSUES THAT AFFECT POLITICS AND BUSINESS, EDUCATION AND JOURNALISM, RELIGION AND SCIENCE, AND THE ARMED FORCES;- CONVENING LEADING EXPERTS AND THINKERS TO CATALYZE THE CREATION OF ETHICAL SOLUTIONS TO GLOBAL PROBLEMS;- CREATING COMMUNITIES AND ACTIVATING CONSTITUENCIES BY EMBRACING MULTILATERALISM AND EXPLORING SHARED VALUES; AND- FRAMING ETHICAL PERSPECTIVES BY PUBLISHING, STREAMING, EDUCATING, AND ENGAGING WITH AUDIENCES AROUND THE WORLD.
