TO PROVIDE A VOICE FOR THE ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN IN THE 25TH JUDICIAL COURT SYSTEM. TRAINED AND COMMITTED VOLUNTEERS WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH KEY AGENCIES AND LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CHILDREN TO SHORTEN THE TIME FROM THE COURT SYSTEM TO PERMANENCY.
