CCC EASTSIDE QALICB WAS ESTABLISHED AS A PART OF A NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT (NMTC) TRANSACTION FOR CCC'S BLACKBURN CENTER PROJECT. THE BLACKBURN CENTER IS A SIX-STORY STRUCTURE IN CCC'S EASTSIDE CAMPUS THAT COMBINES A HEALTH CARE CLINIC WITH HOUSING.
