THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF COASTAL CAROLINA UNIVERSITY TO LEASE, OPERATE, MANAGE, AND CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF STUDENT HOUSING FACILITIES AND TO SUPPORT VARIOUS UNIVERSITY ENDEAVORS.
