THE TRUST REQUIRES THE TRUSTEE TO PAY THE BENEFICIARY IN AT LEAST QUARTERLY INCREMENTS ALL OF THE NET INCOME OF THE TRUST ESTATE AND THE BENEFICIARY IS TO USE SUCH AMOUNTS SOLELY FOR BENEVOLENT, CHARITABLE, AND NON-PROFIT PURPOSES BENEFITTING NEEDY PEOPLE IN TOM GREEN COUNTY, TEXAS ONLY.
