CHARLENE'S ANGELS RECEIVED ACCREDITATION TO PROVIDE SERVICES UNDER THE INDIANA MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES WAIVER PROGRAM, AGED AND DISABLED WAIVER AS WELL AS CHOICE THROUGH CICOA.
