THE CHIEFS AMBASSADORS CHARITABLE FOUNDATION ("THE FOUNDATION") IS A MISSOURI NONPROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED TO OPERATE AS A CODE SECTION 501(C)(3) PUBLIC CHARITY. THE FOUNDATION'S PRIMARY ACTIVITY IS TO DISTRIBUTE THE FOUNDATION'S ASSETS THROUGH GRANTS TO OTHER 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC, AND RELIGIOUS PURPOSES.
