BY MATCHING RESOURCES PROVIDED BY EXTERNAL DONORS AND PARTNERS WITH THE STUDENTS, SCHOOLS, AND STAFF THAT NEED THEM MOST. CFF MAXIMIZES THE IMPACT OF CPS' PARTNERSHIPS AND ADVANCES THE CPS VISION.
