THE MISSION OF CIL REALTY INC. IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORTED RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, PROGRAMS AND ENVIRONMENTS TO PERSONS WITH PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DISABILITIES OF LOW AND MODERATE INCOME AS THOSE PERSONS ARE DEFINED IN SECTION 8-243H OF THE CONNECTICUT GENERAL STATUTES.
