HEARTS-WAY RTC will provide home, school, and treatment opportunities with intervention and prevention strategies to children, male and female ages 6 to 17 from the state of Texas, and their families from a positive and uplifting perspective to increase their abilities to succeed in life while striving to provide a continuum of care for children that will meet their diverse and changing needs by planting a seed of confidence, hope and a better tomorrow for each precious young life who have been affected by the temporary storms in life and instill that their past does not dictate who they are.
