TO EMPOWER URBAN YOUNG PEOPLE, AGES 13 T0 19, THROUGH ARTS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO DEVELOP THE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE TO SUCCEED IN SCHOOL, THE WORKPLACE AND IN LIFE AT THEIR HEADQUARTERS IN NEW YORK CITY (YOUTH SERVICES) AND THROUGH PROGRAM OUTREACH ACTIVITIES IN NEW YORK AND IN OTHER AREAS OF THE COUNTRY (YOUTH OUTREACH).
