THE CTP MISSION IS TO ACCELERATE THE COMMERCIALIZATION OF EMERGING AND BEST PRACTICE ENERGY EFFICIENCY TECHNOLOGIES ACROSS WISCONSIN AND WHEN APPLICABLE, UTILIZE THAT KNOWLEDGE TO HELP OTHER INDUSTRIAL USERS OUTSIDE OF WISCONSIN.
