CBCIL'S MISSION IS TO ASSIST PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES TO ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS. CBCIL PROVIDES FIVE CORE SERVICES OF ADVOCACY, INDEPENDENT LIVING, PEER COUNSELING, INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, AND TRANSITION SERVICES.
