CASEWV IS A COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY IN THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA WHICH PROVIDES PROGRAMS, SERVICES, AND INFORMATION THAT IMPROVES PEOPLE'S LIVES AND EMBODIES THE SPIRIT OF HOPE. CASEWV'S MISSION IS TO MAKE THEIR COMMUNITY AND AMERICA A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE.
