CDVCA PROMOTES THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF FLEXIBLE EQUITY RISK CAPITAL TO FUEL BUSINESSES GROWTH TO CREATE GOOD JOBS, PRODUCTIVE WEALTH, AND ENTREPRENEURIAL CAPACITY THAT ADVANCE THE LIVELIHOODS OF LOW-INCOME PEOPLE AND THE ECONOMIES OF DISTRESSED COMMUNITIES.
