THE MISSION OF COMMUNITY HABILITATION SERVICES IS TO EMPOWER CHALLENGED INDIVIDUALS TOWARD ACHIEVING THEIR MAXIMUM HUMAN POTENTIAL. WE ACHIEVE THIS BY ASSISTING THEM IN MAKING INFORMED CHOICES THAT WILL ENABLE THEM TO EXPERIENCE LIFE TO ITS FULLEST.
