THE FULL MISSION OF THE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, INC IS TO MAINTAIN A COMMUNITY OWNED, RESPONSIVE HEALTH CENTER WHICH PROMOTES PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELL-BEING, AND PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTATIVE AND PRIMARY CARE SERVICES TO ALL WHO NEED OR DESIRE SUCH SERVICES, WITHOUT REGARD TO INCOME, INSURANCE STATUS, ABILITY TO PAY, OR PAST MEDICAL HISTORY.
