LOAN PRODUCTS MOST FREQUENTLY OFFERED INCLUDE PRE-DEVELOPMENT, LAND ACQUISITION, AND BRIDGE LOANS; TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS ALSO OFFERED TO SPONSORS AND LOCAL JURISDICTIONS.
