CIC PROVIDES ONE OF THE VERY FEW SOURCES OF CAPITAL FOR REDEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING, PRIMARILY LOCATED IN LOW AND MODERATE-INCOME COMMUNITIES. CIC EXERCISES SOUND MANAGEMENT AND FISCAL PRUDENCE IN ITS OPERATIONS.
