THE SPECIFIC AND PRIMARY PURPOSE FOR WHICH THIS CORPORATION IS FORMED IS TO OPERATE ONE OR MORE COMMUNITY CLINICS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA TO PROVIDE ESSENTIAL PRIMARY AND PREVENTIVE HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO LOW INCOME AND MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED POPULATIONS IN THEIR SENVICE AREAS, REGARDLESS OF SUCH PERSONS' ABILITY TO PAY FOR SUCH SERVICES, UNDER THE UNITED STATES FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER LOOK-ALIKE (FQHC) PROGRAM.
