Mission

The mission of Conservation Burial Inc. (CBI) is to provide a natural burial choice that conserves land and reunites people with the earth. CBI staff regularly host free presentations and workshops designed to help people with end-of-life planning and share details about their available choices. Staff also provide additional educational presentations to hospice and medical organizations, schools, service organization, religious institutions and funeral homes to increase community awareness of all the choices available to them. An important aspect of CBI's values is its goal of keeping their burial fees as affordable as possible. By doing this, CBI helps people and the planet by making what arguably is the most environmentally friendly choice of body disposition, an affordable option to as many folks as possible.
