COPAA's MISSION IS TO PROTECT AND ENFORCE THE LEGAL AND CIVIL RIGHTS OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE PRIMARY GOAL IS TO SECURE HIGH QUALITY EDUCATIONAL SERVICES FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES.
