THE PURPOSE OF THE CLUB IS TO OWN, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A SOCIAL ORGANIZATION WITH A CLUBHOUSE, DINING FACILITIES, GOLF COURSE, AND OTHER FACILITIES TO BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PLEASURE, RECREATION AND OTHER NON-PROFIT PURPOSES OF THE MEMBERS, THEIR FAMILIES AND GUESTS AND FOR ANY OTHER LAWFUL PURPOSE.
