TO HELP PROMOTE THE NON-PROFIT/CIVIC GROUPS WITH THEIR MISSIONS AND PROGRAMS. TO HELP RAISE MONEY FOR THE NON-PROFIT/CIVIC GROUPS AND ENCOURAGE THEM TOPROVIDE COMMUNITY PROGRAMS & PROJECTS.
