THE PURPOSE IS TO ENABLE ALL YOUNG PEOPLE TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS PRODUCTIVE, CARING, RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS. THE CORPORATION WILL OPERATE A BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB IN CRAWFORD COUNTY, IL AND CARRY ON ALL ACTIVIITES INCIDENT THERETO AS A NOT FOR PROFIT
