THE OPERATIONS OF THE PROJECT BEGAN SEPTEMBER 8, 1992. THE CORPORATION IS OPERATED UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT. THE CORPORATION HAS EXECUTED A REGULATORY AGREEMENT WITH THE US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT, WHICH GOVERNS THE OPERATIONS OF THE PROJECT WITH RESPECT TO RENTAL CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
