Mission

See Schedule OCustodes Libertatis Memorial Foundation provides educational tuition scholarships for post-secondary degrees from an accredited two or four-year college, university, technical, or trade school. Scholarships are available to the children of graduates of the United States Naval Academy who have lost their lives in combat against the enemies of the United States of America as a result of Military Training in the line of United States Department of Defense Duty, as a direct result of their service in the United States Intelligence Community, Law Enforcement Agency, Emergency Medical Services, or as a First Responder, in the period following September 11th, 2001
