THE CWA DISTRICT NINE APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING FUND'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO COMMUNICATIONS WORKERS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNICATION WORKERS OF AMERICA IN NEVADA, CALIFORNIA, AND HAWAII.
