TO FACILITATE AND CARRY OUT A PROGRAM OF RESEARCH AND EDUCATION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER, DAYTON, OHIO, PURSUANT TO TITLE 38 UNITED STATES CODE SECTIONS 7361 THROUGH 7368. THE ACTIVITIES PERMITTED UNDER THESE PURPOSES WILL BE RESEARCH AND EDUCATION IN CONJUCTION WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER.
