THE CORPORATION CONSTRUCTED A 14-STORY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING WHICH IS USED AS AN ASSISTED LIVING PROJECT. THE APARTMENTS ARE RENTED TO SENIOR CITIZENS AT AN AFFORDABLE RENT. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO HELP THE TENANTS LIVE ON THEIR OWN, RATHER THAN IN NURSING HOMES.
