IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION, WHOSE MISSION IS TO ASSIST ITS MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS (COLLABORATORS) IN PURSUIT OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL AGENCY MISSIONS, ENHANCE AND DEVELOP CLINICAL AND BUSINESS TOOLS, PROVIDE ELECTRONIC HEALTHCARE RECORDS, AND TO CONTINUE TO FOSTER A COLLABORATIVE AND TRUSTING RELATIONSHIP AMONG ITS MEMBERS ORGANIZATIONS.
