TO PROVIDE PAYMENTS TO MEMBERS OF THE LOCAL CHAPTERS OF THE UNITED PROFESSIONAL HORSEMENS ASSOCIATION, INC., THEIR FAMILIES OR ESTATES LEFT WITHOUT INCOME IN THE EVENT OF CERTAIN OCCURRENCES SUCH AS DEATH, DISABILITY, OR CATASTROPHIC EVENTS SUCH AS FIRE, FLOOD, STORM OR THEFT WHICH LEAVES THEM UNABLE TO PAY CURRENT EXPENSES.
