TO PROVIDE ON-GOING PREVENTION PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO REDUCE THE INCIDENTS OF PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL ABUSE AGAINST PARTNERS AND CHILDREN, THEREFORE, CREATING A HEALTHIER ENVIRONMENT.
