THE PURPOSE OF DISC VILLAGE FOUNDATION IS TO SUPPORT THE ACTIVITIES OF DISC VILLAGE, INC, AN ORGANIZATION EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE FOUNDATION MAY UNDERTAKE ANY ACTION NECESSARY TO FURTHER THIS GENERAL PURPOSE INCLUDING FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES AND INVESTMENT DESIGNED TO PRODUCE REVENUE TO BE USED FOR DISC VILLAGE INC. THE FOUNDATION SHALL NOT, AS ITS PRIMARY ACTIVITY ENGAGE IN A REGULAR BUSINESS OF A KIND ORDINARILY CARRIED ON FOR PROFIT.
