THE PRIMARY MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO ENHANCE THE SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUALS ASSISTED BY COMMUNITY OPTIONS, INC. THE FOUNDATION WILL ASSIST COMMUNITY OPTIONS, INC. TO ENHANCE STAFF TRAINING AND SUPPORT, AUGMENT STAFFING LEVELS AND CAPABILITIES, AND EXPAND PROGRAM SERVICES PROVIDED BY COMMUNITY OPTIONS, INC.
