THE CORPERATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC, OR RELIGIOUS PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. PRIMARILY, THIS CORPORATION WILL ASSIST LOCAL FIRE FIGHTERS AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAMS BY PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, TRAINING, AND OTHER SUPPORT.
