ETBCDA IS A FLORIDA NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE GOAL IT IS TO UNDERTAKE CERTAIN ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP AND SUSTAIN VIABLE COMMUNITIES, TO PROVIDE DECENT HOUSING AND A SUITABLE LIVING ENVIRONMENT AND TO EXPAND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITES PRINCIPALLY FOR PERSONS OF VERY LOW, LOW AND MODERATE INCOME. THE TARGET AREA IS PRIMARLY THE CITY OF TAMPA.
