THE COALITION IS DESIGNATED AS THE LEAD ENTITY BY HUD FOR DOZENS OF AGENCIES AND INDIVDUALS WHO PROVIDE HOUSING, SERVICES, AND SUPPORT TO THE HOMELESS COMMUNITY IN EL PASO AND CARRIES OUT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF LEADING AND MANAGING THE CONTINUUM OF CARE TO MEET HUD'S EXPECTATION AND COMMUNITY NEEDS.
