TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY COMPREHENSIVE CHILD CARE AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PRIMARILY TO CHILDREN OF LOWER INCOME FAMILIES IN ELKHART COUNTY, WHICH INCLUDES PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHILD, WHILE STRENGTHENING THE FAMILY UNIT.
