TO OVERSEE THE OPERATION OF A COMMUNITY CENTER/PERFORMANCE HALL/RECORDING STUDIO AND TO TEACH MUSIC/DANCE/COMPUTER LITERACY TO CHILDREN, TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF NEW ORLEANS MUSICIANS AND OTHER PERFORMING ARTISTS AND TO INTERACT WITH RESIDENTS.
