EMPLOY AMERICA ACTION FUND IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR SOCIAL WELFARE PURPOSES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DEVELOPING AND ADVOCATING FOR LEGISLATION, REGULATIONS, AND GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE BETTER LABOR MARKET OUTCOMES; AND CONDUCTING RESEARCH AND EDUCATING THE PUBLIC REGARDING THE POSITIONS OF ELECTED PUBLIC OFFICIALS CONCERNING ECONOMIC POLICY AND THE AMERICAN LABOR MARKET.
