THE PRIMARY MISSION OF ENERGY SERVICES, INC. (ESI) IS TO PROVIDE LIMITED-INCOME FAMILIES WITH THE SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE NECESSARY TO PREVENT AND/OR ALLEVIATE ENERGY AND HOUSING EMERGENCIES FROM OCCURRING, WHILE PROMOTING INITIATIVES THAT RESULT IN A FAMILY'S LONG-TERM SELF-SUFFICIENCY.ESI'S SECONDARY MISSION IS TO LEVERAGE OTHER RESOURCES FROM PUBLIC AND PRIVATE CONTRIBUTIONS TO OFFSET THE GAP BETWEEN GROWING UNMET ENERGY AND RENTAL RELATED NEEDS DUE TO THE UNCERTAINTIES ASSOCIATED WITH GOVERNMENT GRANTS.
