THE MISSION OF THE ENTITY IS TO ADVOCATE FOR MARKETS THAT ARE OPEN, TRANSPARENT, COMPETITIVE AND FAIR - ALL OF WHICH ARE NECESSARY ATTRIBUTES FOR MARKETS TO ULTIMATELY BENEFIT ELECTRICITY CONSUMERS.
