THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF BRINGING TOGETHER LEADING CORPORATIONS INVOLVED IN EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS AND RESPONSE TECHNOLOGY TO WORK TOGETHER TO FURTHER DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT AN ADVANCED, FULLY-FUNDED, UNIVERSAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEM THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES.
