D/B/A ENGLEWOOD HEALTH FOUNDATION, IS THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT DEVELOPS PRIVATE RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THE CAPITAL, ENDOWMENT AND ANNUAL OPERATING NEEDS OF ENGLEWOOD HOSPITAL; A RELATED INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 501(C)(3) TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION. THROUGH ITS FUNDRAISING PROGRAMS, SPECIAL EVENTS, AND OUTREACH ACTIVITIES, ENGLEWOOD HEALTH FOUNDATION FOSTERS COMMUNITY AWARENESS OF AND INVESTMENT IN THE HOSPITAL'S HEALTHCARE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES.
