Mission
THE ENTERTAINMENT IDENTIFIER REGISTRY (EIDR) IS AN INTERNATIONAL STANDARD AND WEB SERVICE FOR PREMIUM AUDIO-VISUAL CONTENT IDENTIFICATION, AS WELL AS CROSS RESOLUTION AND CROSS-REFERENCE OF CONTENT IDENTIFIERS. THE CONSORTIUM NOW COUNTS MORE THAN 80 MEMBERS, ACROSS THE ENTIRE DIGITAL CONTENT ECOSYSTEM, FROM CREATION TO PROGRAMMING, DISTRIBUTION, INFRASTRUCTURE, AUDIENCE MEASUREMENT AND ROYALTY REPORTING.
