TO SERVE THE OUTDOOR POWER EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY THROUGH EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION. THE PRIMARY ACTIVITIES ARE TO DEVELOP AND ADMINISTER TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION TESTS AND TO ACCREDIT POWER EQUIPMENT TRAINING PROGRAMS AT ALL LEVELS OF EDUCATION.
