Mission

WIN Erath County Wholistic Investment Network exists to assist community members striving to overcome poverty through a whole person approach. There are many factors that lead community members to seek outside financial help. Through our Social Determinates of Health based intake assessment needs are identified goals and timelines are set appointments are made and WINs case managers navigators walk with community members throughout the full healing process. Services encompass the whole person; physical mental emotional spiritual medical financial hunger shelter safety legal advice education and employment. These services are provided currently in two ways. First WIN staff meets with and provides support for community members throughout Erath County. Secondly WIN supports and empowers other local public charities that offer services outside its mission. WIN is beginning a Health and Wellness Mobile to offer health checks in the more rural areas within the county.
