THE FOUNDATIONS PURPOSE IS TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ABOUT SALUD AND TO RAISE FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE HEALTH CENTER. THE MISSION IS TO REDUCE DISPARITIES IN HEALTH CARE BETWEEN INSURED AND UNINSURED IN THE ESTES VALLEY.
